Alps & Amici is a foodstore in Launceston and it might come in handy to buy fresh local produce or pre-cooked gourmet meals on your way to Tam O'Shanter Views

They have a wide selection of fruit and vegetables and meals ready to just heat up when you arrive at the house..a great way to start your holiday.

Whales were seen again on their annual migration through Bass Strait, easily visible from Tam O'Shanter Views. Just as exciting was the sound of their tails as they smacked the water, sending up huge splashes. October and November are the best months to spot them...a wonderful sight.
